We hope you enjoyed your stay at 123 York Street. Before you leave you must complete a departure inspection and return your keys. This must be booked in advance and you must be present for the inspection.

To ensure the inspection runs smoothly, all rubbish, waste, and belongings must be removed from your room and your bedroom, bathroom & kitchen must be left clean.

Departure inspections are done on a first come, first serve basis so please book well in advance to ensure you get the appointment you need.

We will be sad to see you go but we hope you have a wonderful Summer and best of luck in your future studies.
